Return

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. Please inform us in advance about returning the goods by emailing info@sundevilla.com and include your order number in the subject line.

The goods must not be used in any way. They must be kept with tags and all accessories included. When trying on, observe the following hygiene requirements - before trying on, stick the enclosed hygiene sticker on the bottom of the swimsuit (remove the sticker immediately after trying on) or follow the principle of trying on underwear.

If the goods are assessed as damaged, they will be returned to your address without a refund.

Step 1: Inform us in advance about returning the goods by emailing info@sundevilla.com - please include your order number in the subject line.
Step 2: Wait for the confirmation email - we will send you the postal address where you should send the goods (the buyer pays this postage).
Step 3: Return the item back to the original box and pack it properly. Send the package to the address provided in the email.
Step 5: Wait a few days for a confirmation email that we have received your shipment safely.
Step 6: If everything is in order, we will refund your money to your bank account within 14 days.

The goods must be properly packaged before being sent back to prevent damage.
